Fleet Coordinator
Winchester, VA 22601 US
Job Description
Axiom is seeking a Fleet Coordinator for a manufacturing client in Winchester, VA. This is a short term position that will last for 12 weeks.
The primary job duties include the following:
- Validate and process all inbound trailers
- Log the weight of loaded trailers upon arrival
- Coordinate movements of all inbound and outbound trailers
- Inspect the condition of the inbound trailers
- Verify paperwork received from drivers and report discrepancies
- Assist with daily operation of the department
- Data entry of daily paperwork into multiple computer systems
- 12hr shift, 7am-7pm
- 12 week assignment

Job Requirements
Requirements for the Fleet Coordinator position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse/logistics experience required
- Experience with JDE preferred but not required
- Microsoft Office experience
- Basic math skills required
- Steel toe boots required
