Axiom Staffing is hiring for an EO Operator in the Alpharetta, GA area! 

Shift: 1st 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $20.00/hr

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sterilization and ancillary equipment efficiently and safely

• Move materials through all steps of the sterilization process

• Perform routine equipment inspections and submit maintenance work orders as needed

• Create and manage work orders for quality and inventory control

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas in accordance with cGMP standards

• Record all data following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

• Communicate any production schedule conflicts to the Team Lead promptly

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team and management to ensure top-tier product quality

• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or college coursework preferred

• 2–5 years of experience in medical devices or FDA-regulated manufacturing/production preferred

• Computer literacy required

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Must be self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities

• Familiarity with cGMP, FDA requirements, and ISO standards is a plus

• Must be able to work independently during off-hours, as needed

• English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods; occasional sitting, climbing, kneeling, or crouching

• Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally

• Must be medically cleared to work in ethylene oxide–related environments

Work Environment:

• Exposure to non-temperature-controlled production and warehouse areas

• Temperature-controlled office work may also be required
