Job Description
Axiom Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Direct Hire Human Resources Generalist for a *BRAND NEW* facility in Martinsburg, WV:
- This is a GREAT opportunity to get in with a state of the art facility brand new to Berkeley County. This facility is the first of it's kind to the US and will be a leading brand in the Manufacturing industry!
- Candidate will be responsible for hiring and on-boarding new employees, developing and administering employee benefits programs, managing employee performance and compensation, enforcing company policies and procedures, leading employee investigations, providing employee relations support, and maintaining compliance with employment laws
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field + 3 years experience in Human Resources
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p
- Direct Hire opportunity with excellent benefits provided
- $55,000-65,000/year based on experience
