Axiom Staffing is recruiting for a Direct Hire Senior Manager of Distribution for a local warehouse in Martinsburg:

- Will be responsible for directing the flow of product, managing processes within the facility, ensuring that staff and other resource requirements are provided in accordance with service level expectations and budgetary guidelines, professionally and effectively communicating production plans, staffing plans, department and company goals, and other business needs to appropriate individuals
- Must have 10+ years working in a warehouse/distribution leadership position
- Will be working on the warehouse floor 70% of the time
