Location: Marietta, GA
Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced HP Indigo Level 3 Technician / Digital Press Operator to join our production team in Marietta, GA. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who can independently operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HP Indigo digital presses in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The right candidate will bring technical expertise, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. You’ll be responsible for maintaining consistent output, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and supporting production goals for the 2nd shift team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate HP Indigo digital presses to produce accurate, high-quality prints to job specifications.
• Perform advanced press setup, calibration, and maintenance per HP standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve both mechanical and software issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct detailed quality inspections to ensure color, alignment, and consistency.
• Manage and prioritize production jobs to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, material usage, and maintenance activities.
• Keep the press area organized, clean, and compliant with safety requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth workflow and communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• HP Indigo Level 3 certification or equivalent hands-on experience is required.
• Minimum of 2–3 years operating HP Indigo or comparable digital presses.
• Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting ability.
• Knowledge of color management, print quality standards, and digital workflow systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Work Environment

• Moderate to loud production setting with moving mechanical equipment.
• Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided and required.
