Axiom is seeking a Construction Project Manager in the Hanover, PA area. The Project Manager will hold the responsibility of leading a team to complete projects efficiently and further ensure high quality standards. The Project Manager would be further responsible for day to day management on the job site.

Essential Primary Functions:

1.    Responsible for the productivity, mentorship, and team coaching of construction crews.

2.    Serves as a representative of CARE-Property Services displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with clients and with the public.

3.    Ability to drive from customer site to customer site with a valid driver’s license.

4.    Perform minor and incidental structural repairs to include windows, and doors

5.    Responsible for reviewing and approving completed timesheets according to standard operating procedures, and emailing those timesheets to the appropriate person daily.

6.    Responsible for preparing daily status reports; including signing off on completed job tickets, potential problems, next steps etc. ,  for all jobs that they are assigned.

7.    Ensures quality of work from team members.

8.    Performs initial quality control inspections, review estimates, and scopes of work for all properties

9.    Manages general contractors' completion of punch lists

10.    Supervises general contractors during the construction process, to include labor, materials, workmanship and quality control.

11.    Tests all systems and functions of the home to guarantee proper performance

12.    Provides accurate quantities of required materials and labor for all improvements.
