Axiom Staffing is seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team at an inbound call center in Kennesaw!

Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday - Friday

4 Shifts Available:

8am - 5pm

9am - 6pm

10am - 7 pm

11am - 8pm

Pay Rate: $16 - $18 per hour depending experience

Location: Kennesaw

Job Description: 

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Your ability to listen, empathize, and communicate effectively will be key to ensuring a positive customer experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, complaints, and general assistance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the call center database. 
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues. 
• Follow company policies and procedures, including adherence to call center scripts and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center or restaurant setting preferred.
• Experience with Sales Force or similar CRM software preferred.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
