Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our team in Ellabell, GA. This role involves operating Mill and Lathe CNC machines to manufacture precision components while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor Mill and Lathe CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Needs experience in blueprints and schematics
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues as needed.
• Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating CNC Mill and Lathe machines required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming is a plus.
