Axiom Staffing is hiring for a CNC Machine Operator, In this role you will primarily receive of materials in ERP, Picking  and shipping of goods to customers. The operator will also be trained and asked to work in wave soldering, selective soldering including test, de-panel and manual assembly & Packing on need basis

Location: Cumming, GA

Shift: 7am-5pm Monday-Friday 

Pay rate: $20

Contract to hire

Responsibility:

• Work in the assembly processes like manual assembly and automated soldering and test process.
• Work on each process according to the defined work instructions and guidelines.
• Act immediately if there are any quality issues. Work with QA and Prod Manager to find a solution

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions

• Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality standards

• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic program edits as needed

• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Competence in Electronics Manufacturing (EMS), preferred to have worked in warehouse, assembly of electronic products and testing.
• Must have a valid license to operate forklift and equipment for the storage of pallets in the rack.
• Must have a knowledge in working in computer and ERP.
• Willingness to learn and work in other areas of production like automated machine processes (SMD), assembly & Test etc.

* Communication in English is required and have knowledge to understand the work instructions

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach during the majority of the workday.

This position operates in a warehouse environment where temperatures and noise levels can vary.
