Job Description
Axiom Staffing is recruiting for a Temporary Billing Coordinator in Chambersburg, PA:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00a-3:30p, may be possible OT and some Saturdays
- Will be responsible for scanning documents with Optical Scanner, contacting preparers of source documents to resolve questions, compare data to detect errors, adjust invoices, research discrepancies, verify route totals, verification codes, and system prices, collect money and verify deposits, prepare deposits for A/R to process, generate paper, email, and EDI Billings weekly, enter weekly billing information, assists A/R with basic tasks
- Must have solid resume showing work history and related experience
- Must understand this position is temporary
