Bilingual Spanish Office Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Bilingual (Spanish/English) Office Administrator to join our staffing agency team. This role is vital in supporting daily office operations, assisting recruiters, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist candidates, employees, and clients in both English and Spanish is a MUST.
• Manage front office operations including phones, emails, and scheduling.
• Assist recruiters with onboarding, applications, and document collection.
• Verify employment documents including I-9s, E-Verify, background checks, and timesheets.
• Maintain candidate and client records accurately in the ATS/CRM system.
• Translate documents and communications as needed.
• Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying/ and totaling timesheets.
• Handle general administrative tasks: filing, data entry, scanning, and reporting.

Qualifications
• Fluent in Spanish and English (oral and written).
• Previous office administration
• Staffing agency experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Other duties as assigned
