Axiom Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Bilingual Line Lead for a 2nd shift warehouse position. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing a packaging line, guiding a team of associates, and serving as the communication link between associates and management.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize lines and workstations for order fulfillment at the start of each shift

• Lead a team of associates through the prepping, packing, and palletizing of orders for freight and small package shipping

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all associates working on the packaging line

• Train associates on proper procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations

• Translate between English and Spanish speaking associates as needed

• Monitor line performance and report updates, concerns, and incidents to management

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Previous experience in a leadership role (line lead, team lead, or similar)

• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment

• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team

• Must be available Monday through Friday on 2nd shift, including overtime as needed

Additional Details

• Location: Winchester, VA

• Pay: $17.50/hr

• Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM (overtime required as needed)
