Job Description
A legal insurance company is searching for Customer Service Representative to add to their growing team.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Baymeadows / South Jacksonville
Shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay: $18/hr. if bilingual in English and Spanish
Job Duties:
- Proactively assisted CDL truck drivers with legal representation based on the location they received their traffic violation.
- Maintained a compliance sheet pertaining to the infraction the member received.
- Researched all CDL citations by verifying the points per citation, and researching the fine amount and statue codes.
- Controlled 50-70 incoming calls per day in reference to the member’s legal matter (ex. Civil, bankruptcy, marital& family, real estate, wills matters etc.)
- Effectively communicated with attorneys via email and also telephone communication in reference to the member’s legal need.
- Attend Weekly meetings regarding updates, new accounts, and also references on how to improve our team.
- Scanned and faxed all incoming/ outgoing documents daily.
- Successfully recruited attorney’s to expand our broad list of network attorney’s list.
- Maintain a spreadsheet of all attorney recruits.
- Successfully enrolled all new members using the USL database.
- Completed daily fulfillment which included the member’s policy, and also membership cards.
- Effectively processed all CDL invoices received from the attorney’s office.
- Maintained a filing system of all assigned citation received by the member.
- Controlled approximately 15 outbound calls daily in reference to email inquiries left by the member.
