Assistant Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift
Location: Hanover, PA
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2 PM – 12 AM

Axiom Staffing is seeking a hands-on Assistant Production Supervisor for our client in Hanover, PA. to support and lead a small cross-functional team in our manufacturing operations. This second-shift role plays a key part in meeting daily production goals through effective leadership, organization, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily production activities and workflow, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.

• Provide direction, motivation, and training to team members, including temporary staff.

• Act as a liaison between team and Production Supervisor; communicate goals and resolve issues.

• Monitor quality, safety, and productivity—taking initiative to troubleshoot and improve operations.

• Contribute to planning, scheduling, and process improvements.

• Participate in production meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in a production leadership role preferred.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically active throughout the shift.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.
