AP Specialist

Job Description
Located in Suwanne. The ideal candidate will be processing high volume invoices and expense reports using Oracle and have prior experience. This position pays 20 to 25/hour and we have first shift available.
Job Duties:
- Generate ACH and check payment batches
- Process 2- and 3-way match for invoices- Processes information to file 1099 forms
- Prepare and process journal entries related to accounts payable
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Assist with governmental accounting requirements, including compliance with tax regulations
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in corporate accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using Oracle and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
