Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Distribution Lead (Roll Clamp Operator)
Summary: Seeking an organized Warehouse Lead with sit-down and WMS expertise. Manage shipping, Coordinate with clients, lead a team, and ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 4pm - 12:30am + overtime
Pay: $18-21/hr.
Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate a shipping team, loaders, pickers and outbound drivers

Shipping Operations:
- Oversee outbound shipping, ensuring timely and precise order fulfillment
- Operate sit-down forklift and roll clamp
- Coordinate with clients

Inventory Management:
- Use WMS to track and manage inventory accurately

Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular shipment audits

Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma;
- Proven warehouse lead experience
- Proficient in roll clamp forklift required
- In-depth knowledge of WMS and inventory tracking
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
