Our client, a distribution facility located in Duluth, is looking to add a Product Claims Specialist to their team!

Responsibilities:
- Process product claims, operations claims, and Return Goods Authorizations
- Determine eligibility of claims based on company policies
- Authorize payments and returns
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims
- Maintain accurate and organized claim records
- Collaborate with Customer Solutions, Sales, Product Management Departments

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of claims
- Proficiency in medical terminology and coding systems
- Knowledge of insurance verification processes
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate claim submission
- Clerical skills for filing and maintaining records
- Familiarity with Medicare guidelines and regulations
