Warranty Associate

Job Description
Located in Suwanne. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering warranty claims by working within a database of warranty claim information, investigating open claims and resolving them in a timely manner. This position pays 17/hour and we have first shift available.
Job Duties:
- Maintain Warranty database through claim closure.
- Physically disposition Warranty returns and coordinate with PAI Engineering, PAI Manufacturing and Management, as required.
- Physically handle parts by inspecting, photographing and moving to their final destination in the process.
- Coordinate Credits and Replacements with PAI Sales department.
- Arrange for parts to be Returned to Suppliers, Reworked or Scrapped.
- Analyze trends and provide warranty data for monthly management review.
- Operate within ISO 9000:2015 requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 Years Customer Service or Warranty Department.
- Experience is to include written and oral communication with Customers and/or Suppliers.
- Mechanical aptitude, familiarity with automotive systems.
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Friendly Customer Service Personality
- Lift 40 pounds
- Sit and Stand for prolonged periods.
