Spare Parts & Warranty Administrator
Alpharetta, GA 30004
- Responsible for providing timely quotes to customers
- Manage and update spare parts list, pricing strategy, and demand forecasts
- Monitor and provide status summaries of open orders to management and customers
- Manage KPI data
- Coordinate with field service team urgent material requests and handle processing of returned materials
- Manage and submit warranty claims in ERP system
- Experience with warranties and claims a plus!
- Intermediate Excel user
- Tech savvy self starter will thrive in this role
- Excellent organization skills and eye for details
