Axiom is seeking a detail-oriented Soldering Technician with experience performing precise and intricate soldering work in accordance with J-STD-001-H standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for quality, excellent hand–eye coordination, and a commitment to producing high-reliability electronic assemblies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform fine-pitch and through-hole soldering on PCBs and electronic components following J-STD-001-H standards.

• Inspect, clean, and prepare components and assemblies to ensure product integrity.

• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

• Rework and repair solder joints as needed to meet quality requirements.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following ESD and safety procedures.

• Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve soldering or assembly issues.

Requirements:

• Certification or demonstrated proficiency in J-STD-001-H soldering standards (required).

• 2+ years of experience in intricate bridge soldering, preferably in electronics manufacturing or medical device assembly.

• Must be comfortable taking a soldering test .

• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

• Excellent manual dexterity and steady hand coordination.
