A local company is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to cover the Martinsburg, WV and surrounding areas.  The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for motivating and leading a team of associates in their area as well as recruiting new associates, promoting office growth and training to ensure the success of his/her team.

  • Lead, train and motivate the team to produce the highest results for the company and team members
  • Lead all sales activities within his/her region
  • Always working towards increasing sales listings and growing the company
  • Report directly to the Owner and held accountable for achieving branch office production and performance goals
  • Problem solve any customer, client or team issues if any arise
  • Provide coaching to and business plan with associates to help them succeed and achieve productivity goals
  • Manage the recruiting process and establish retention programs in accordance with company objectives

The ideal candidates possesses the following skills, abilities and experience:

  • Must be a growth manager that is able to direct and motivate his/her team while increasing company productivity
  • Able to manage and develop commissioned sales associates
  • Able to recruit talented associate and train staff
  • 4+ years of real estate and/or mortgage sales experience
  • Sales Management experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Good coaching and mentoring skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Must be a master of their trade and willing to help others
  • An energetic, positive and professional demeanor
