A growing technology company in the Jacksonville area is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a team of Sales Coordinators to effectively sell company technology products to brokers, corporations, and end-user customers.
- Develop, Build and Maintain strong, sustainable relationships with team members, clients, and direct customers.
- Ensure Sales Team members appropriately follow-up with Customers and Sales leads as needed to cultivate profitability.
- Coach Sales Team members to search for, locate, develop and close business & customer sales of product and services.
- Provide consultation for Sales Team members, and all customers on products and services, provided by the company.
- Positively assist Management in creating, implementing, and adhering to sales strategies for the company.
- Proactively determine needs of Teams and Team Members to effectively boost morale and creative a positive environment.
- High School Diploma; College Degree Preferred
- Type at least 45 WPM
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office, E-Mail, and phones
- Experience working in technology industry a plus
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Pay: $40,000 per year
