What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of the branch with a focus on fulfillment and service delivery
• Manage a team of 3 recruiters, setting performance goals and providing mentorship
• Ensure all client orders are filled accurately and on time
• Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., fill rates, time-to-fill, compliance)
• Collaborate with leadership to streamline processes and drive branch growth
• Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
• Maintain compliance with labor laws, safety requirements, and client standards

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in the staffing industry
• Strong background in operations, fulfillment, or branch management
