Axiom Staffing Group is seeking an Office Manager for their client, an accounting firm located in Winchester, VA. The Office Manager will be responsible for:
- Greeting clients professionally and directing them within the office or taking a message
- Answering phones, directing calls, taking and delivering messages
- Managing the company calendar, scheduling, reminders and cancellations
- Data entry, filing, scanning and all necessary administrative duties
Requirements for this position include the following:
- 5+ years of prior administrative experience working in a professional setting required
- Excellent and professional customer service, phone and email etiquette
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook (testing required)
- Experience managing a schedule/calendar for an executive
- Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and have excellent proofreading and editing skills
- Must be an extremely professional individual with prior office experience
