Office Administrative Assistant
Axiom Staffing Group is seeking to fill an Administrative Assistant role with our client located in Chantilly, VA. The candidate must have experience within the granite counter top industry in order to be considered for this opportunity. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a negotiable pay rate, based on experience. The ideal candidate will work Monday through Friday, during normal business hours, with rotating Saturday shifts.
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments for the Sales team
- Manage schedules for installations and fabrications
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Act as the point of contact for all walk-in customers
- Light AP/AR responsibilities
- Answer all customer inquiries/direct customers to the right point of contact
