Axiom Staffing is seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team at an inbound call center in Kennesaw!
Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday - Friday
4 Shifts Available:
8am - 5pm
9am - 6pm
10am - 7 pm
11am - 8pm
Pay Rate: $16 - $18 per hour depending experience
Location: Kennesaw
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, complaints, and general assistance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the call center database.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including adherence to call center scripts and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or restaurant setting preferred.
- Experience with Sales Force or similar CRM software preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
