Axiom Staffing Group is seeking an Office Manager for their client, an accounting firm located in Winchester, VA.  The Office Manager will be responsible for:

  • Greeting clients professionally and directing them within the office or taking a message
  • Answering phones, directing calls, taking and delivering messages
  • Managing the company calendar, scheduling, reminders and cancellations
  • Data entry, filing, scanning and all necessary administrative duties



Requirements for this position include the following:

  • 5+ years of prior administrative experience working in a professional setting required
  • Excellent and professional customer service, phone and email etiquette
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook (testing required)
  • Experience managing a schedule/calendar for an executive
  • Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and have excellent proofreading and editing skills
  • Must be an extremely professional individual with prior office experience
