Axiom Staffing is currently recruiting experienced Customer Service Representatives  for a restaurant supply company in Kennesaw, GA. 

The customer service team specializes in providing superior service while managing and maintaining customer and vendor accounts. Team members handle the account from order placement to order completion and assisting the customer throughout the process. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responds to customer inquiries via phone, e-mail and chat services regarding orders, billing inquiries and technical problem notifications. Documents customer trouble reported into customer contact database system to resolve and/or escalate according to established standard operating procedures.  Also reviews requests, contacts customers to clarify request or provide general correspondence, ensuring all necessary information is included and may route requests to the appropriate department.
1. Respond timely and accurately to all incoming customer correspondence.
2. Receives customers' requests by telephone, email or chat, analyzes requests, provides information requested or ascertains who best can provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person.
3. Analyzes transactions, corrects records, and adjusts errors.
4. Resolves customer questions related to orders, takes orders as needed.
5. Communicates with other departments for order completion.
6. Has knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, drop ship items, various marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required.

This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!!! HYBRID role! Shift 11AM-8PM
