Call Center Representative
Job Description
Axiom is seeking a Call Center Representative for a well established company in Winchester, VA. Do you have a customer service background and the drive to learn and thrive in a new industry? Apply now!
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research the issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going above and beyond to provide satisfaction
- Leave notes highlighting key points of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Help to meet personal and team target goals
- Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm/9am-5pm $17-$18/hr
- 100% in office

Job Requirements
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Call center experience required
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- High school degree or equivalent required
