2. Accounting

a. Reconciliations

i. Weekly Bank Deposits - Friday
ii. CPA Meeting Once Per Quarter (Monthly Starting Off)
iii. Office/Team Member Expenses, Credit Cards, Materials, Etc. Managed Daily
iv. Vendor/Contractor Expenses, Invoicing, Materials, Etc. Managed Daily

b. Receivables

i. Tenant Rents
ii. Vendor Invoicing
iii. Contractor Invoicing
iv. Maintenance Invoicing
v. Owner Invoicing

c. Payables

i. Paying Tenants
ii. Paying Vendors
iii. Paying Contractors
iv. Paying Owners
v. Payroll ADP 

3. Meetings and Communication

a. Meeting Structure

i. CEO - One On One Weekly At Minimum For Updates
ii. Leadership Team Members - When Scheduled
iii. All Team Members - Weekly Scheduled Meetings
iv. CPA Firm - Regularly Scheduled Meetings For Accounting Updates

b. Communication

i. Internal: CEO and All Team Members
ii. External: Key Property Owners, Vendors, Contractors, Current Tenants and Potential Tenants

4. Administrative

a. Establishing Procedures & Processes
b. Assist With Managing Calendars, Folders, Property Boards, Court Spreadsheet
c. Reports: P&L Statements, Balance Sheets, Etc…
d. Renovation & Marketing Cost Analysis
e. Rent Comps (Rent Increase Plans)
f. Coordinating With The Maintenance Team
g. Tenant Interaction: Rents, Showings, Work Order Scheduling, Phone Calls, Routine In Office Questions

5. Other Tasks & Responsibilities With Growth Plan

a. Website Management - Postings/Blogs
b. Social Media Marketing Management
c. Design/Marketing Ideas

Real Estate background preferred

Accounting degree preferred
