Position Summary-

The Account Manager will possess a sales background with customer support experience. Must be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. This position is servicing Roswell, GA and surrounding areas.


Job Responsibilities to Include-

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Gain customer acceptance by explaining staffing resources, business model and structure, industry trends, etc.
  • Leverage knowledge of industry challenges and opportunities to build trust and respect with current and future customers
  • Develop client relationships through office visits, “cold calling”, industry networking events, etc.
  • Identify and cultivate referrals and leads for new business opportunities.
  • Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery and (in partnership with the Branch Manager) provide overall account management.
  • Prepare presentations and contract proposals
  • Develop solutions for existing and new client using technology and staffing knowledge
  • Gain a deep understanding of the services that are desired by clients and make recommendations to enhance the process in turn bringing added value to the client relationship.
  • Work directly with Branch Manager and/or Recruiters to determine and/or ensure positions received by clients are fillable/achievable


Desired Qualifications-

  • Experience with Business to Business selling in a client service organization is desired; Experience in staffing industry and recruiting/consulting a plus
  • Understands solution selling
  • Experience calling on all levels of company decision makers (Executives, HR professionals, hiring managers, vendor management organizations, etc.)
  • Ability to develop and promote ideas and present impactful messages to clients
  • Ability to set own schedule, develop strategic plans, call lists, etc. while working in a highly independent and fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of markup rate calculations, setting of standard/market pricing and Direct Hire fees, billing, etc.
  • Education & Certifications: 4 year college degree, preferred
