Axiom Staffing Group currently recruiting for an AP/AR Coordinator in the Atlanta, GA area.
- Process invoices accurately and timely
- Generate and distribute checks
- Assist in month-end closing
- Verify vendor statements, correspond with vendors, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain vendor files
- Place orders for school supplies
- Maintain purchase order log by accurately tracking and distributing purchase order numbers
- Manage student enrollment contracts
- Coordinate tuition assistance process
- Process student billing cycle
- Processing payments and collections
- Communicate with parents and respond to inquiries regarding enrollment contracts, tuition assistance, payments, collections or any other inquiries
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minimum of three years experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
